Eye Brow Routine

So I get questions/complements/hate on my eyebrows pretty much everyday and they seem to be one of the main topics of conversation when it comes to my make up so I thought it would be handy if I wrote a little post about what I use and how I do them (beware there are photos of ugly naked eyebrows throughout!).

Let's start off with the products I use!
The HD Brow Kit which I already have a post on here if you want to hear more about that but I use the dark brown and the black which are the two end colours on the bottom row (you can see they're well loved).  Along with that I use the Zoeva Soft Paint Liner brush as it's so dense and perfect for brows! And for the arch I use the MUA eyebrow pencil which is cheap and cheerful and does the job perfectly.

I've been blessed with pretty full eyebrows and the only reason they're a weird shape is because I over wax/pluck them which is bad as I used to have amazingly full and shaped brows when I was younger but sometimes I just can't help myself and go crazy with the wax strips.

First off I draw a line (mixing the black and brown throughout) at the bottom to create the shape and length I' like at the front.

I also do this on top as well so I have almost a rectangle type box that I can fill in.

I then join the box at the front in a square shape as this is what I prefer but each to their own.  I do this by turning the brush pointing upwards and stroking towards my ear (if that makes sense).

After this I take the MUA pencil and create my arch which I lack very much and using a pencil just makes it cleaner and easier.

After I do the arch I go back over it with the powder to set it and extend the end a little as I like mine to be longer as I'm usually wearing winged eyeliner and it just looks better for my face shape.

Lastly I attempt to make the other eyebrow symmetrical but it never works as they are sisters, not twins!
And hey presto, all done!

I hope you enjoyed this post and I apologies for missing yesterdays post as I was a little busy but I hope this makes up for it and is any help at all!
