February BirchBox

This months box was alright, it didn't blow me away but there was a couple of products I'm excited about and a couple I'm not that fussed about. 

T London Darjeeling Bath & Shower Wash - £6.50

I'm not overly fussed when I receive shower gel in this box as I feel they always smell very rich and I'm more of a fruity shower gel kinda girl but yeah, it smells like something you would get in a hotel room for free, not amazing but not terrible.  

theBalm Cosmetics Stainiac in the shade Beauty Queen - £10 

I'm kind of annoyed that I got this as I've already received it before in this box and a I hated it the first time so that's kind of disappointing.  For me, I feel like it just dries out my lips, sticks to the cracks in my lips and it tastes disgusting.  

Cynthia Rowley Beauty Eyeliner in Silver - £11

I was pretty glad to get this as I'd never go for a silver eye liner as I prefer gold shades but I put this on my top lid where I usually put black liner and it looked pretty cool and I reckon I could pull it off in the summer.  

Liz Earle Beauty Co. Botanical Shine Shampoo - £10

Another thing I'm not over the moon about getting is shampoo as I feel you can't really get a good feel for it and I like to use matching shampoo and conditioner.  Anyway, it smells nice and it's quite a healthy sample so maybe I'll give it a go. 

Wild About Beauty Rose Water Illuminating Serum - £22 

I hate that I love this so much as it's pretty expensive and I doubt I'll buy it again but I do really like it.  It's a iridescent pink colour and it makes your skin glow when you apply it.  Definitely a nice one for under make up.  

The Chia Co. Oats + Chia in Mixed Berry - £4.95 (pack of 5)

I'm quite excited about this as I've heard loads about chia seeds and stuff on Youtube and blogs but I haven't tried it yet so I can't tell you if its good or not but if it is good then I'll probably buy a pack of them as they're cheaper than I expected they would be.
