New Look Beauty Range - Thoughts, Feelings & First Impressions

I've been intrigued to see how the new New Look Pure Colour beauty range would be as some stores release beauty ranges that are amazing but most of the time it's just a bit naff.  I only picked up 3 items as I didn't want to buy loads and then hate it all or be really annoyed and unimpressed but I was seriously impressed with the New Look beauty range and I will for sure be picking up loads more!

The range itself is pretty cheap and everything is mostly under the £7 mark which is very reasonably priced compared to high street beauty ranges such as Topshop which is quite pricey for what it is.  The range has everything in the way of face, eyes, lip and nail products and although they are not the best quality you could find on the market but they are definitely good quality for the price you are paying.

New Look Pure Colour Matte Lipstick in the shade '64 Sunset Red' - £3.99

When I was looking at the lipsticks I was hesitant to buy one as I knew they would be super slippy and glossy as most moisturising lipsticks are but then I seen at the side there were 4 matte lipsticks and the joy was real.  I picked up the shade 'Sunset Red' which is a orange/red shade, not very season appropriate but hey ho, and I love it!  The lipstick itself didn't last an amazing amount of time, I wore it to college on a day I was in for only a couple of hours and it was wearing when I got home but I could definitely just touch up on the go.  They also had a magenta pink, a true blue toned red and a nude in the matte collection which I'll probably have another look at when I'm in the store.

New Look Pure Colour Nail Polish in the shade '08 Light Grey' - £2.99
New Look Pure Colour Nail Polish in the shade '44 Pottery Blue' - £2.99

I was also very impressed with the nail polishes as well as they lasted a good 2/3 days on my nails without chipping and that's amazing for my nails as nail polish usually chips within one day so I was impressed! They need about 2 coats and dry pretty quickly.

All round I'm super impressed with the New Look Pure Colour beauty range, I know I only picked up 3 items but I'm excited to pick up more from the range.

I hope you enjoyed this post and lemme know if you've tried the range and how you feel about it!
Thanks for reading!
