So over the past two weeks, my boyfriend has been staying with me and that means a whole lotta trips to lush! There's nothing we love more than a lush bath and we know it's expensive for what it is but it's nice to treat yo' self.
I have five bath products I'm gonna talk about and I loved them all!
First off is Dragon's Egg which retails at £3.25 and I think it's pretty cheap for how big it is. This bath bomb is very fresh and citrus smelling. It has quite a lot of glitter in it so if you're not a fan of that then stay clear of this product but I don't think it's a big deal. I've repurchased this several times and it has a very pleasant smell and feel.
Next is Space Girl which retails at £2.35 as it's a little smaller than dragon's egg. It has a very fresh smell but also a calming and creamy smell too (if that makes any sense), this is probably one of my favourite bath bombs as there's no glitter, no chunks of anything and it smells yummy!
Next is Honey Bee which retails at £3.25 and isn't one of my favourites but I don't dislike it. It has a light smell (of honey I'm assuming) but nothing overpowering like most other bath bombs from lush. It has sand in it that's left at the bottom of your bath once you drain it. It's an okay bath bomb, smells okay, feels nourishing and isn't overly expensive compared to other products. If you like the smell of it, buy it but I don't think it'll be the first item I repurchase.
Twilight has always been one of my favourite bath bombs from lush as it's so silky and relaxing. It retails at £3.25 and has a very calming, milky smell. I'm not entirely sure of the scent but it's the perfect bath bomb to use if you want a good nights sleep.
Lastly is the Yuzu and Cocoa bubble bar and retails at £3.25 which is pretty good as I got two uses out of it. It smelled like coconut in the store and that's why I bought it but when I got home it smelled more of cocoa butter which I guess is alright but would have preferred it to smell like coconut. It was very rich and creamy but didn't create as many bubbles as I'd thought and the bubbles went down very quickly. Definitely will try a different bubble bar next time.
Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed.
Again, apologies for my absence but it feels good to get a blog post written and and posted!
