Over the last month I've picked up a fair few items in the way of clothes and make up so I thought I would share as I've got some lovely items for my holiday!
First off was Very where I picked up my most expensive items off this haul but also the most staple pieces for my holiday!
First off was this white dress which is from the Kimberly Walsh range and was £49 but will be perfect for summer evenings.
Next is this absolutely stunning playsuit from the Fearn Cotton range which I'm completely in love with. This was also £49 and is extremely good quality. I've always been scared to wear playsuits as I'm larger on the bottom and I didn't think it would be flattering but this one looks super cute.
Lastly from Very, this beautiful black cut out bikini by Myleene Klass. The top was £18 and the bottoms were £14 which brings the complete set to £32. The fit of the bikini is on the small side especially with the bottoms but it's only a little and is probably more flattering as you don't have saggy bikini butt (which is common in bikini bottoms and is a complete nightmare!).
Next was Asos where I only got a 2 items.
First was this super cute orange off the shoulder crop top which was £8 and is very flattering.
Last is this New Look daisy backpack which I've been dying to pick up for months now but didn't think it was worth £20 when finally it went on sale for £15 and I ordered immediately.
Lots of these items were hard to photograph so if I have a picture wearing them I have added them in which will hopefully give you a better idea of how they look.
Next was Boohoo where the orange theme continues with this amazing orange peplum skirt which is the most flattering peplum item I own as the peplum is so wide, I'm in love! And it was only £15 which is a bargain.
I also bought this little black bralet top to go with it, it's very flimsy and not the best quality but it'll do for night time and at £6 you can't complain.
This floral skater dress from AX Paris is also another lovely staple I picked up while it was on sale which isn't on the website anymore but I'm sure it was no more than £20. Kind of small around the bust but perfect and very flattering everywhere else.
I popped into Primark yesterday for the first time in a while and was very disappointed with what they had in there so I only picked up some accessories. First was this daisy print bikini which is probably the least flattering bikini I own but I don't know what I was expecting at £4. The bottoms are okay, quite small for their size and the top is just very unflattering but it will just be handy having a spare bikini in case the ones I already have get grubby by the end of the holiday.
I also picked up some jewelry as I was in need for some pieces to go with that white dress I picked up from very and found these brass gold earrings, the first with white stones and second with black - each sold separately for £1. I also picked up this brass gold statement necklace with orange/coral stones and is perfect for £4.
Lastly is a few beauty items I picked up from Superdrug. They were having a 3 for 2 offer so I decided to take advantage and pick up a few things I've had my eye on. First was just a repurchase of the Maybelline 24 hour gel liner which is my everyday eyeliner which I had run out of and this was £7.99. I then when a bit crazy at the MUA stand as everything is so cheap. First I picked up a few of their nail polishes which I've heard good things about but was greatly disappointed as they were all very sheer except the mint green one which is called pistachio ice cream and I managed to get looking decent at 3 coats. The other two will definitely need a white base coat and those are called sweet peach and bold blue. I also repurchased the brow pencil in brunette which is perfect for only £1. Lastly the item I was most excited about was the luxe matte lip lacquer in the shade atomic which is an orange shade. I had a feeling these would be drying but they are extremely drying to the stage where I'm not sure if I could wear it outside but we'll have to see.
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed my collective haul!
